Volunteer for World AIDS Day

image description

World AIDS Day is an opportunity for our community to unite for our brothers, lovers and friends at high risk of HIV, and for our whānau who are living with HIV. So we're inviting you to don a sash, grab a bucket and take to the streets for the 2018 World AIDS Day Street Appeal!

2017 saw the first drop in the number of new HIV transmissions in Aotearoa since 2011. It's exciting news, but our work is far from over. We need your help to continue raising the critical awareness and funds it will take to end new HIV transmissions in Aotearoa by 2025.

This year the World AIDS Day Street appeal is taking place on Wednesday the 28th and Thursday the 29th of November in Auckland, and Friday the 30th of November in Wellington and Christchurch.

Let's work together to make this year's street appeal the biggest yet! Any amount of time you can spare on the day would make a big difference - the more people we have pounding the pavements and rattling buckets, the more money we can raise.
